Wow, this bench is the real deal! I am 6’4 300 lbs and this is the first adjustable bench that I can say seems overbuilt for me. I have their competition flat bench and this is just as stable for any flat bench work. The back pad is very long and the material has great grip. Long enough that you can use the whole back pad for flat benching. I purchased the spotter attachment at the same time. It is very heavy duty and creates a nice stable platform for a spotter during incline movements only. It is big enough I also sit the dumbbells on it between sets when doing supported rows. I have had a cheap adjustable bench in the past but this bench inspires confidence in your lifting. Customer service seems top shelf as well and I will continue to make purchases from them as my needs increase.

This bench is a tank! Very solid and comfortable. Half the price of identical benches from other companies. Highly recommended and great customer service.
