I like it. I use a resistance bands to smooth out the resistance profile (a must IMO). The leg extension feels amazing, no complaint. The leg curls feels effective but there is not enough strectch at the bottom for my taste. I also recommend putting the back of the bench against something. On the picture yopu can see it's against my low row feels more stable that way. For the price it's hard to beat.

This unique piece finally allows leg extension and leg curls to be done at home without owning a specific bench! As far as I know, GearForFit is the only North American vendor that sells this piece. Super versatile, affordable and space saving. A must-have piece in every home gym. You can actually perform standing leg curls with this piece as well by removing the leg curl attachment piece. 5 stars.

Just got mine on Friday. First off, shipping was super fast, even if expensive. I will say the quality of it looks great. The one fallback with most leg extension/curl machines like this is the lack of tension at the bottom but you could remedy this with a band if you really wanted to. My only frustration with assembly is the main hex screw that goes through holding the base requires a large Allen key and you'd think something like that would be included. Even my mechanic father didn't have one big enough when he came over to help.
