Excellent product and outstanding customer service I purchased the GF Commercial Smith Machine R2 and have been very impressed with both the machine and, especially, the customer service from Gear For Fit. Before placing my order, I had several technical questions about the machine, compatibility, weight stacks and other specifications. They responded quickly and clearly to every question, which gave me confidence before making such a large purchase. The same level of service continued during the installation. Whenever I had a question about the setup or a specific part, they were very responsive and helpful. What impressed me the most was the after-sales service. A few weeks after installation, I noticed that the protective coating on one of the cables had become damaged. I contacted them with photos, and they replied very quickly, identified the cable I needed, and shipped a replacement the same day. I received the tracking information shortly afterward. It’s easy for a company to provide good service when they’re trying to make a sale. What really matters is how they treat you before the purchase, during installation, and after they already have your money. Gear For Fit has been excellent at every stage. The R2 itself is a very solid and versatile machine, and knowing that the company stands behind its equipment makes me even happier with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Amazing rack! It offers an incredible variety of exercise options, making it perfect for a complete and versatile workout. The build is extremely heavy-duty, and the pulleys operate quite smoothly.
